FireWorks Restaurant Reviews, Corvallis, Oregon   Just wanted to write to say a big thank you to everyone at FireWorks for such an amazing meal las night. I had my birthday dinner with you all last night and the food was fantastic to say the least! The service was perfect as well which made the whole experience a great way to celebrate, making sure we had what we needed, finding a candle for my birthday cake, and being very friendly and patient. The appetizers were awesome, and the stuffed artichoke was like nothing I have ever had. You all do amazing work and your passion and dedication is evident. Thank you for creating such unique and delcious food! You are always at the top of my list for my own occasions and my suggestions to others. May summer bring you growth, and much success, see you all again soon!   My wife and I truly enjoyed ourselves on Thursday evening. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the food excellent. We felt right at home, as if we had been coming there for years instead for the first time.   The cuisine is perfect everytime and the service amazing. The beautiful atmosphere set the perfect mood and feeling. I have recommended FireWorks to all my friends.   We really enjoyed dinner last night - it was fresh, creative... delightful!   I just had the best chicken I've ever eaten in my entire life. The chicken roulade stuffed with pesto was absolutley made to perfection. Thank you so much. I'll be sure to order it again the next time I arrive.   We love your food! My husband and I have lived in Los Angeles and Corvallis. We have eaten at all the Corvallis restaurants over the last 30 years. We would give FireWorks a "Recommended" rating as their food supports sustainable farming practices. It is the only restaurant in Corvallis with several "raw" cuisine options...The atmosphere of the restaurant is a "local, welcoming" one.   I just had the best rib eye steak, with chanterelle mushroom sauce to die for. Cocktails were exquisite!   My 2 fellow motorcycle riders and myself just had brunch there this morning. It was wonderful and the presentation was beautiful. We will definitely be back, for dinner next time! I can't wait. I had the broccoli cheese omelette and it was extremely tasty. Quality of food was excellent. Presentation was lovely. The atmosphere was just wonderful outside. It is a very warm and inviting atmosphere. I loved the water feature outside and the bench built into the wall.   Whenever we have guests from out of town FireWorks is the place we take them to.  When our adult children show up, they too, look forward to a visit. We have dined at a wide variety of highly rated restaurants in the Portland to Eugene area over the years.  We have yet to find one that matches the unique offerings of FireWorks.  Most restaurants provide a nice entree surrounded by mundane side items (potatoes, rice, steamed or sautéed vegetables).  Generally each item served at FireWorks could stand on it's own.  I can remember times we ordered dessert, just so the dining experience would not end. Their oven-fired pizza's are great.  We order ours on a spelt crust.  This is the first place we have found where we had that option.  The toppings are anything but typical. We find the prices to be within the same range as other fine dining restaurants.  When we are on a more modest budget, we order their salads or pizza and come away just as satisfied.   (This page includes reviews from patrons.
